Fannie Clac is a nonprofit organization that assists low and moderate income individuals to buy cars at low interest rates . We obtain these low rates by providing a guarantee to the banks and purchase assistance to the buyers. We teach financial literacy courses and will be offering individual IDA accounts for our clients.

The White River Rotary Club, chartered in 1924, serves the people of Hartford and the Upper Valley area together with their organizations, businesses and charitable events. The Rotary Club has supported local organizations and people with a primary focus on education, scholarships, no-interest loans and student functions as well as many other charitable gifts. It meets Tuesdays at the White River Junction VA Administration Center, Building 44 from 12:15 p.m.-1:30 p.m.
